Shipping info:

Each tie is placed in it's own individual plastic sleeve and carefully put in a hard cardboard box.  All US ground shipments are made via either first class or Priority Mail, from Eastern Pennsylvania, for a $6.00 shipping and handling charge .  It usually takes anywhere from 2-5 business days for ties to arrive at your location.  We also offer next day and second day domestic air shipments via FedEx.   Second day air shipments cost $25 while next day air shipments cost $35.  Please contact us for any international shipments.

Return Policy:
All of our neckwear is backed by our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason, you are unhappy with any of our ties, simply return the tie(s) to us, in it's original shipping package and sleeve (to avoid wrinkles), along with a copy of the original invoice (within 30 days of purchase), and we'll issue you a full refund for the tie(s).  (Shipping charges are not refundable).  Any ties returned to us stuffed in an envelope and/or received in a wrinkled state will not be accepted as a return, and no credit will be given.   Please return tie(s) to the address on your invoice.
